Important Information about Appointments

  • If you have cold/flu-like symptoms= please wear a mask. If you have these symptoms, and are unable to wear a mask, please wait in your car and alert reception. Or you can make a phone appointment. 
  • If infectious and to protect other vulnerable people- at any time- you can choose to book a phone  consult, or phone the nurse on 03 347-8848 if you need advice.  Book online via our Patient Portal.
  • Missed appointments will incur a $30 fee.
  • You’ll need to phone us to book a flu vaccine (usually April – December, stock dependent), or please ask when you’re in the clinic to see your doctor or nurse.
  • Immunisations, mirenas/jadelles/IUDs, and nurse appointments must still be booked by PHONE on 03 347-8848

Tips & Tricks about Online Appointments

When you are booking your appointment online you will see a screen like this:

There are little Vs (circled) on the end of the boxes that give you more choices via a drop-down menu. It will only show your registered doctor (My Provider) UNLESS you click on the V drop-down and choose ‘all providers’ and then you’ll have more doctors to choose from.

If you have other family members registered on your portal, there is also another little drop-down to let you choose to book an appointment for them too.
