We have now launched myindici™ = our new patient portal. This replaces the ConnectMed portal we previously used.   To access your account please click on the following heading to sign up.  You will be prompted to provide your full name, date of birth and NHI number.  If you do not know your NHI number it can be found on any documentation you have from the Hospital, old prescriptions and prescription bottle labels, or you can contact our staff. You must be an enrolled patient at Rolleston Medical Centre. All portal users require a unique email.
Children under 16 cannot have portal access.  You can book appointments on their behalf.

Masks required. If you have cold symptoms please do a RAT (Rapid Antigen Test) before your appointment.

If you should be in isolation (covid positive) you can book a phone or video consult, or phone the nurse is you need advice. 033478848

If you are over 12 years old, and UNABLE to wear a mask, we ask you to wait in your car and call to let us know you’re here. This is to protect vulnerable patients who may be in our waiting room.  Phone or video consults are also an option.

Missed appointments will incur a $30 fee.

**Immunisations, mirenas/jadelles/IUDs, and  nurse appointments must still be booked by PHONE

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING CHEST PAIN, DIFFICULTY BREATHING, SEVERE PAIN, ALLERGIC REACTION, OR BLEEDING DO NOT BOOK ONLINE AND CONTACT OUR HEALTH CENTRE IMMEDIATELY OR DIAL 111 FOR AN AMBULANCE.
